What you are paying for
A preorder buys one stick from the first production run at the price shown at checkout. There is no deposit and no later balance: the amount you see is the amount you pay, plus shipping and any tax due for your address.
This product is still in development
We want you to preorder with your eyes open. The formula is on the bench with our contract formulator and has not been finalised. Ingredients, texture and packaging can still change before the first run is poured. If something changes that we think you would want to know about, we will email you before we ship.
When it ships
We are not going to give you a date we cannot stand behind. First-run cosmetics move, and ours has not cleared stability testing yet. You will get an email with a shipping estimate as soon as we have one we believe, and another before your stick actually goes out. Until it ships, your money is refundable on request, which is the promise we would rather make than a date.
Canceling and refunds
You can cancel for any reason, at any time before your stick ships, by emailing hi@peptidesticks.com. We refund the full amount to your original payment method, normally within 3 to 5 business days. You do not need a reason and we will not ask for one.
If we never ship
If the formula or the manufacturing does not come together, we refund every preorder in full before we wind anything down. We would rather return the money cleanly than ship something that is not right.
