Reservation deposits
The $10 reservation deposit is refundable anytime before your batch ships. Email hi@peptidesticks.com with the email address used for your reservation and we will process the refund to the original payment method.
Refund timing depends on your bank or card issuer, but most refunds appear within 3 to 5 business days after processing.
Before final payment
Before shipment, we will share final pricing and ask reserved customers to confirm before any remaining balance is charged. If the final price, timing, or product details are not right for you, you can cancel and receive a full refund of your reservation deposit.
After shipment
For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned or resold. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos if helpful. We will make it right with a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.
Formula fit
If a stick is not the right fit after it arrives, email us. We cannot promise returns on opened product, but we will help with routine guidance and, where reasonable, a store credit or replacement option.
