Preorder timing
We are currently taking refundable reservations for the first launch run, which ships when the formula is ready and not before. Manufacturing timelines can move, especially for first-run cosmetics. If timing changes, we will notify reserved customers and offer the choice to keep the reservation or cancel for a full refund.
Address changes
If your address changes before shipment, email hi@peptidesticks.com. We will also confirm shipping details before shipment so you have a chance to update your address.
Lost or damaged packages
If an order is marked delivered but missing, or if it arrives damaged, email us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and any photos that help us understand the issue.
