Preorder timing
We are currently taking refundable reservations for a launch run expected in early 2027. Manufacturing timelines can move, especially for first-run cosmetics. If timing changes, we will notify reserved customers and offer the choice to keep the reservation or cancel for a full refund.
Shipping rates
Final shipping rates will be shown before checkout when the launch run is ready. Our current plan is a simple U.S. standard rate with free shipping above a set order threshold. International shipping may be added later.
Address changes
If your address changes before shipment, email hi@peptidesticks.com. We will also confirm shipping details before final payment so you have a chance to update your address.
Lost or damaged packages
If an order is marked delivered but missing, or if it arrives damaged, email us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and any photos that help us understand the issue.
