What’s in the Medicube stick

Medicube lists four key ingredients: Volufiline, PDRN, NAD and caffeine. Volufiline is a plant extract (Anemarrhena asphodeloides root) sold for the look of fuller, plumper skin. PDRN appears on the label as sodium DNA. The full list also includes collagen, retinol, hyaluronic acid, vitamin E and 14 peptides, among them Copper Tripeptide-1 (GHK-Cu) and the two Matrixyl 3000 peptides. Those peptides come near the end of the list, after the preservatives.

The base is oils and waxes, which gives it the melting feel. Medicube says it’s free from artificial colorants and fragrance. The list does include geranium, ylang-ylang, bergamot and rose flower oils, which matters if essential oils bother your skin.

What’s in ours

Our Collagen + Copper Stick leads with Matrixyl 3000 (Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1 and Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7) and GHK-Cu (Copper Tripeptide-1), with collagen peptides, hyaluronic acid and panthenol. It’s a clear, water-free 15 g stick on a heat stable base, with no added fragrance, dyes, essential oils, drying alcohols or menthol. Our full ingredient list is published before the first batch ships.

Look for: the actives you want in the first part of the list.
Check: whether peptides come before or after the preservatives.
Note: essential oils and retinol if your skin is sensitive.

About Medicube’s clinical numbers

Medicube reports results such as under-eye hollowness improved by 25.7% and lip lines by 12.1%, tested by the Global Institute of Dermatological Sciences. Its page doesn’t list how many people took part or for how long, so treat the numbers as a guide, not a head-to-head result.

Price and size

Medicube’s stick was $22 on medicube.us in November 2026. Retailer listings give its size as 10 g, which works out to about $2.20 per gram. Ours is $36 for 15 g, about $2.40 per gram. Medicube’s is a little cheaper per gram, and ours lasts longer per stick.

The bottom line

These sticks overlap less than they look. If you want plumper-looking under-eyes and softer lips, Medicube’s is made for that. If you want firmer-looking skin on your forehead, jaw and neck, with peptides as the main event and no essential oils, ours is. Plenty of people will use both.
